Manuel Olaciregui
CEO
Manuel has more than 15 years of experience in the hydrocarbons industry, particularly in drilling services companies in Ecuador, Brazil, Canada, and Colombia. He has extensive experience leading financial and corporate restructuring projects. Manuel has been associated with Tuscany since 2012, building his career in the financial area and eventually becoming CFO in 2018. In February 2023, he was appointed CEO by the Board of Directors, recognizing his trajectory in the company and his fundamental role in its consolidation.
Sara Lozano
General counsel
Sara is a lawyer with over 20 years of experience in leading companies in the hydrocarbons sector and legal consulting. She has extensive experience in handling corporate matters, structuring and negotiating projects and contracts, as well as designing, implementing, and coordinating legal strategies in litigation cases in Colombia, Ecuador, Brazil, and England.
Carlos Cortés
Vice President of QHSSE&T
Carlos is a physician with over 25 years of experience in the hydrocarbons industry, developing HSE programs and implementing integrated management systems in Colombia and Ecuador. He has extensive experience in comprehensive auditing of quality management systems and investigations related to his field of expertise.
Carlos Chong
Business Vice President
Carlos has a career spanning over 30 years in the hydrocarbons industry, with managerial experience in Colombia, Venezuela, Bolivia, Mexico, and Ecuador. He possesses extensive knowledge in business development, integrating technical, administrative, and financial processes.
Germán Castañeda
Director of operations
Germán is a petroleum engineer with over 25 years of experience in the hydrocarbons industry. Throughout his career, he has held leadership positions in various areas of oil drilling service companies and has served as a general manager in the same sector, with responsibilities in Colombia, Mexico, Guatemala, and Ecuador.
María José Eppel
Human Resources Manager
Maria José holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Coaching and specializes in human talent, with over 25 years of experience leading this area in companies in the hydrocarbons sector. She has extensive experience in planning and implementing processes and policies related to the workplace to ensure the development of human talent and the growth of the organization.

Oswaldo is a logistics management professional with over 25 years of experience in leading companies in the hydrocarbons industry. He has extensive experience in leading national and international supply chains, fostering competitiveness synergies, financial project management, and coordinating logistics associated with the operations of oil service companies in Colombia, Ecuador, and Panama.
